Blatina

This famous dry, red wine produced out of the same named sort of wine grapes, with addition of pollination sorts 15%, from strictly defined localities of Mostar vineyards.

Blatina is one of rare precious types of vine grapes that produces functional female flower. Even if the flower is „female" the wine is „male". That comes from the saying „Žilavka is full of laughter, and BLATINA is full of sweet sins ".

This is a strong and fresh red wine with 12-13% of alcohol, 5-7 g/l of total acids and 25-32 g/l of extracts. It has a colour of dark ruby, and a recognizable, specific aroma, as well as full and pure taste.

It is recommended to drink with stronger tasting food like roasted meat, fish-paprika soups, Parma ham and it should be cooled to 18°C.

Be aware of its strength! The sun and Herzegovinian summer heat is contained in it. It is packed into bottles of 0.75 lit and 0.20 lit.
