A famous dry white wine produced from autochthonous cultivars of grapes ''zilavka'' with addition of ''krkoshia''15% that grows in particular area position, in the region of Mostar.

Its beautiful, crystal, clear, green-yellow colour, specific aroma, harmony of alcohol 12% and acid 6 g/l, rich extract 27 g/l, makes it extra quality wine, no wonder it’s one of the first wines to have protected trade mark.

Evidence of its long tradition and fame, is the declaration from King Tvrtko (1353), where he said how he drank good wine in Suha – today city of Čitluk. This is a reason for having this year printed on the label.

It can be drunk before, during and after a meal. Cooled down to 10oC, it can be served with all meals of white meat, and it is especially good when served with a freshwater or sea fish.
It is packed into bottles of 1lit, 0.75 lit and 0.187 lit.
